Co-founder & Co-CEO
Monty Miller has a rich background in sales and management, mainly with Monsanto. He started consulting in 1991, building organizations in 16 countries. In 2020, he co-founded Bear Mountain with Doug. With 40 years in organizational development, he holds an EdD in Organizational Change, an MBA in Marketing, and a BS in Agricultural Economics. Monty enjoys hiking, travel, photography, and adventure.
Doug Breckenridge
Co-founder & Co-CEO
Doug Breckenridge has a diverse background as a US Air Force officer and has lived in Italy, the UK, and India. He worked in sales and product management with Monsanto and co-founded Bear Mountain with Monty in 2020. With 36 years in organizational development, he holds an MS in International Management and a BA in International Relations. Doug’s hobbies include car collecting, concerts, cooking, and involvement in Boy Scouts.
Dave Gregory
Head of Engineering
Dave Gregory has extensive experience in the computer gaming and consumer electronics industries, focusing on process and team improvement. He has led software development teams for 33 years and holds a BS in Computer Engineering. Dave joined Bear Mountain in 2024. His hobbies include woodworking, backpacking, skiing, and participation in Scouts.
Raj Ambekar
Head of Operations
Rajendra (Raj) Ambekar has a versatile background, having worked at the CXO level across various industries such as consumer goods, biotech, pharma, shipping, services, technology, and insurance. He has lived in Asia, Europe, the USA, and the Middle East, driving individual and organizational transformations. Raj joined Bear Mountain in 2023, bringing 30 years of organizational development and HR experience. He holds an MBA in Human Resources and a B.Com in Management. Raj enjoys listening to music, reading, and cooking.
Sandeep Kulkarni
Chief Financial Officer
Sandeep has over over 25 years of experience in global multinationals like Coca-Cola , Pharmacia , Iridium & Monsanto in finance & operations roles. He thereafter co-founded a digital agency in 2012 with PE investment and ensured a successful exit at the end of 2019. Thereafter he successfully led the company post acquisition and ensured a smooth integration with the acquirer which was completed in 2024 June. Sandeep has a CPA , CMA , ACA and an undergrad BS in Mathematics.
Sopphia Sanyal
Chief Design Officer
Sopphia, a Bachelor of Fine Arts with 20+ years in design, is the Chief Design Officer at BME. Her MNC experience spans roles from Visual Designer to Team Leader, excelling in strategic and tactical design across print and digital. She has led high-performing teams and managed cross-functional projects in ideation, branding, and service delivery. Outside of work, she enjoys performing arts and crafting.

Daniel has always had a deep passion for languages and cultures, which has shaped his diverse professional background spanning multiple industries. His expertise lies in language teaching, customer service, and leadership. Specializing in both English and French, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Language Teaching and is currently pursuing a master’s degree focused on developing language-learning materials to enhance oral production in second-language learners.

Senior UX/UI Designer
Tejinder Singh holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science and has over 10 years of experience in design, currently serving as a Senior User Experience Designer. Throughout his career, he has worked with both product-based and service-based organizations, specializing in UX research and design. Tejinder combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of user needs to create impactful and intuitive experiences. Outside of work, he enjoys music, reading, and exploring new ideas.
